Conference Registration for Members and Non-members
Current members, non-members and those who wish to join the 2017 conference can now log onto the APQN website at
The payments for registration are to be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as per the registration form. The applications must clearly indicate participants’ names and agency affiliation. The EFT will close on 1 May 2017.
NB: Bank transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the participant.

NB: An additional 10% of the registration fee will be added for on-site registration and payment. The registration desk will be situated at the conference venue.
Refunds will be processed if notification is received within 10 business days prior to the first day of the annual conference. Only half amount paid will be refunded. For more information, please view our full Terms & Conditions on the APQN website.
To get an Invitation letter fill in the form (download) Attach a good photocopy of passport (valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Russia) and send it with the completed form to email@example.com
